This link has Novell sales numbers til end of 1998. I am waiting to see Jan and Feb numbers. Also, last year, only two sales were private and the rest were in open market. One caveat though. Now that Novell holding has fallen below 5%, do they still have to report any sales as insider trades to SEC by rule? Can someone verify? In any case, their quarterly on 25th Feb should reveal status as of Jan 31.
