The Senate is voting as we speak. This will be a great test of CNBC's predictive abilities. Bob Piss-Ant-ee is of the opinion that the inevitable verdict is already built into the market's price. I disagree. The DJI is now down 35; let's see what it does after the acquital. I think it will go up by 100.
