Mark,

He said he wanted to be a party animal.

Actually Kobi was not there and Paul Baker handled everything again. Did his usual decent job and the meeting was somewhat uneventful given they have made the conference circuit the last few months and everyone seems to be up to speed on the company. Stock had quite a run and I suppose we are due for a little backing and filling on the chart.

Earnings visibility continues to be great and I would expect them to continue to beat the numbers going forward.

The meeting was in the smallest room at the conference and only about 30 people were in attendance with a 12-15 person breakout. I will review my notes and try to post something interesting, with special emphasis on the possibility of Comverse spinning off the DGM&S operation and also the CIS operation which has been renamed Comverse InfoSys. Comverse Info Sys is approximately 10% of corporate revenue and would likely be spun out after DGM&S, assuming it happens eventually.

As far as the cash goes, they are looking at things all the time and seem to be very, very, very valuation sensitive. More on that later.
