Probart, You beat me to the draw there. I was going to ask Claude if the alternative to a settlement would be preferable. I guess I should have mentioned that the settlement has no admission of guilt or innocence and, as of yet, no fines. Claude, if someone is exonerated, how is that bad news? Brian
