To Thall and all: I don't know if starting this thread gives me any special referee status or privalidges around here, but I am getting a bit frustrated with the lack of real information and the tone of many recent postings, and I suspect that others are too.

Thall: you are free to post your comments, but don't be surprised if you are not getting a reaction any more. Many of the individuals following this thread have done their own DD and are very knowledgeable on this subject - you are not going to convince them of the folly of their ways by quoting textbook authorities. The desert mineral chemistry and recovery processes being utilized by these exploration companies are quite possibly the type of cutting edge science that will be included in the next edition of your chemistry and geological textbooks. Accept the fact that there will always be someone out there who knows more about any subject than you do, and then learn what you can from them.

In this case, I suggest that you refrain from trying to convince one and all that the desert mineral plays are a scam. If it is true, you can come back at laugh at the rest of us when there is actual PROOF (Legal or SEC) of same. But for now, the focus of this thread is the exchange of MEANINGFUL, RELEVANT information that individual investors are willing to share with one another. I hope that you can appreciate that many contributors are getting weary of having to constantly DEFEND their positions to someone who has not taken the time to do his own DD. I would like to suggest that if you wish to carry-on with your point of view, you should start your own thread and invite anyone who wants to debate the subject to do so over there.....

Everyone Else: I hate to say it, but IGNORE him. I for one do not care to read any more postings by Thall, and I suspect that if we don't encourage him by responding to his postings he will eventually drift off to annoy some other group of investors on another thread...

KEEP THE FAITH!
