jhg_in_kc, I hear you. Now if we can we just make a legal immigrant of the Italian judge in the news yesterday: He acquitted a man who raped a woman because he said that she wore extremely tight blue jeans.Thus it was clear to him that these jeans could NOT have been removed by force as during a rape. He said that that indicated to him that the woman would have had to have taken the jeans off willingly and thus that she had consented to the sexual act.
