Dean, the "infiltrator" comes up with approximately 1.3mm in surplus. Then the retatd adds 224k of Charlies stock. This 224k was sold short in inventory and never effected delivery. The certificate was doctored and a forensic expert's report agrees. The stock was also restricted and was voting only status. Teifer will NEVER win this case! So, from the 1.3mm, you must subtract 440k of Zaparas that was cancelled, the 200k of Chimino's that was cancelled and another 200k of insider stock held tight. This will make the float 780k.
