what am I missing here, Would bankruptcy be a better alternative than any ?? the longer you wait the worse it gets in terms of getting favorable fundings, even Mr. Frieman would know that

so then maybe he's not waiting,,
he's just not getting any !!!

certainly, not a cool cucumber me. the 9/16 bid is looking tempting now.
