Spider Valdez,

I don't check Silicon Investor on a daily basis. Therefore, if you
don't receive an answer to your question immediately, it isn't
that I am "dodging your questions."

Let me state that Joe Lanza is not part of the new management group
of Mako Capital. Nor, is he an advisor, consultant or even handling
investor relations. Mako Capital is currently interviewing IR firms
in New York City. I hope by next week to have selected one who I
feel will be capable and handle all the Investor Relations effectively.

As to your comment that Profit Magazine appears to be a vehicle,
like a newsletter, to promote exclusively "Lanza" ventures, you
are once again incorrect. Profit Magazine has featured ACSI
Corporation, Magellan Systems, Boeing, Health South and US Filter
to name a few. Obviously, Joe Lanza wasn't involved in any of
those companies.

The Mako Capital website will be in operation by Monday. At that
time you will notice the name of the firm that designed the website.
In addition, the site will have direct quote access from Real Time
Quotes who are based out of New York. You will be able to access
all stock information from your favorite companies. Financial
Internet Group will not be handling the Investor Relations for
Mako Capital, Inc.

Michael Zapara worked for Financial Internet Group a very short time.
If I recall, not more than 30 days. I personally thought the man had no credibility and never spoke more than two words to him. Need I say more? I would never do business with him or even socialize with
Mr. Zapara.

My goal and ambition is to see Mako Capital become a real company.
Not another Airstar Technologies. I believe with good management
that has credentials to back it up, this company will succeed. I
have witnessed enough failures. I don't believe the shareholders
need to see another one. Perhaps I am critical of Joe Lanza's
selection of management, but performance speaks for itself. I
am not going to make his mistakes.
