Hi Tlindt & PaulS thank you for your informative responses on BLLS. Now I understand better the potential for Billserv.com in what seems to me, will be a niche market. Is there anyone else in the process of offering the same consolidated services or is this strictly the domain of Billserv. I'm considering averaging down at this price level in light of this information. Thank you Julie
