Hmmmm, I thought comments were already being made by nearly all the analyst firms... fnews.yahoo.com dailynews.yahoo.com Salomon Smith Barney said it saw rivals Compaq Computer Corp. (NYSE:CPQ - news), Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE:HWP - news) and International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE:IBM - news) making progress toward the so-called ''Dell model'' in the company's key large accounts market.... Geez, almost like I said it would happen... :0 cbs.marketwatch.com But you're right....we shall see. Is this a buying opportunity or the begining of market maturity...or better put, "model" maturity.
