At some point in the next month or so, all the shareholders will be proud
owners of a bouncing baby new company. You will be issued shares in the
second company. The question know one really knows is whether STGA shares
will drop in price much (assuming it drops) when the second company is
'split-off'

"The company previously announced its intent to distribute in the
near future 100 percent of the common stock of Mobile Caterers to
Saratoga Brands shareholders."
