but it wasn't about pleasing God. It was more to the tune of , that without belief, I couldn't truly understand the scriptures.
It is all part of what I see as a circle. Pleasing God, God allowing you to understand scripture... other things all tie together...
did you see what I said about the Spirit letting me see something new today? Do you think I would have EVER seen that if I did not seek Him?
John 12:
37 Even after Jesus had done all these miraculous signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him.
38 This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: "Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?"
39 For this reason they could not believe, because, as Isaiah says elsewhere:
40 "He has blinded their eyes and deadened their hearts, so they can neither see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts, nor turn--and I would heal them."
What does this mean, ((and I am not trying to be "semi-transparent"))
