Two good reasons to buy RDIM now: 1) All deals (acquisitions) have one year restriction on shares; no need to worry about dilution of the 2.5M float until Feb 2000. 2) Not much public float available; buyers holding for expected 2nd quarter main events (IMO, all buying RDIM, under the dollar mark, are getting the best deal.)
