The law protects our freedoms within society you moron. When the truth and the law are subordinated to the authority of government, thru due process or not, we no longer live in a constitutional democracy.

I'm not even going to attempt to educate you since you apparently don't even know that the Senate is a part of "the Congress". Do you even know what the three branches of the Federal government are? Do you know what their constitutional obligations are? I seriously doubt you do since you are woefully ignorant of the form, function and purpose of the Judicial branch of our government. Do you even know what it is there for? Clinton does, and he has been in contradiction with it's form, function and purpose since Day 1.

Now, go and read a history book to see what the purpose of the Judicial branch of government is (you idiot) and why the Constitution gave it supreme authority in it's checks against the other two branches.

Any other of the 250 mil. Americans facing the exact same charges would have been found guilty on the facts. Most democrats, and even the president admit the charges are true. The Constitution is clear, the laws are clear, the the facts are undisputed. The leader is nonetheless acquitted. The verdict subordinates the law to the leader.

Freedom based upon the equality of law is now publicly terminated. You want to try and add up all the freedoms Americans have gained over the last 220 yr.s due to the equal application of the law? That principle is now ended. It joins the truth in this sham. Both are now officially subordinate to the power of government.
