Hutch, You're too kind. ;-) In that spirit, I'd just ask 3 very simple questions. But I suspect that Agora may forget to ask them. <g> About 13 days ago, Agora promised that an audited Financial statement would be filed within 20 days. About 1 more week before the deadline that Agora imposed. Will it be met? Will a recognizable Accounting firm have signed off on that statement? What operating revenues and from what sources have been received, in fact? What assurance does the shareholder have that VNE will refrain from diluting Shareholder value with Private Placements; and file a proper Prospectus before any further new shares, warrants, or options or other such devices are issued? When will an annual meeting of shareholders be convened? What % of the outstanding shares are owned by insiders? ... or related parties? Take care, Ian.
