Winspear Resources grants stock options Winspear Resources Ltd WSP Shares issued 33,721,333 Feb 11 close $3.45 Fri 12 Feb 99 News Release The company has granted incentive stock options to certain employees to purchase up to 75,000 shares. The options are granted for a period of five years, commencing on Feb. 11, 1999. The granting of the options is subject to acceptance by the VSE. Options granted to insiders of the company are further subject to ratification by the shareholders of the company prior to the exercise thereof.
