Lev's response to the question about the Barrons article:

'Two producers, both using cobalt. their announced energy densities were less than Valence's. Their announced production capacities were *well below* Valence's. The cell sizes announced are smaller than Valence's smallest battery. (ed. note: not because of need, since Valence can make that small, if they want to), because they cannot make them larger without having safety problems.'

These comments were NEW, and not made at the shareholder's meeting.
