E Trade is going through what all online companies even AOL have or will go through. There will be a time when your equipment can not handle all the request. This will pass and they will get better. When this happened a few years back with AOL everyone said that they would be history, now look at them. My opinion take it for what it's worth, E Trade will bounce back strong.

I don't know anthing about the other company you listed but another good daytrade company that maintains ups and downs is WINR.
