Can't find it yet. . Halts being proposed to Nasdaq for high volatility and pending news. . . like NYSE. Just another way for pre-market trading groups to take advantage of news . . .if this happens. . .daytraders will flock to Instanet, etc. and start tading NYSE stocks more often.. .
