So, will AOL go higher tomorrow or lower. They missed estimates by 5 cents a share, but they are showing overall gross revenue increases. It seems to me that earnings obviously don't affect this companies stock price, but it is the prevailing sentiment about their service that moves it up or down. If you look strictly at its financials, this company is way overvalued at 40 bucks a share. They lost more money this year than last, but will the market look at their gross revenues and feel that the worst is behind them??
Does anyone know why they halted its trading after hours?? Is that standard practice when companies release earnings after the close??
You have to give their PR department credit; they seem to put a positive twist on every disaster this company has.
