Andy, you sound like someone who frequently has tantrums because you don't get noticed... Yes, you're a genius and only you can understand the real US government including the three branch system. Words like moron and idiot, which you frequently use against people, undermine your confidence and your arguments.

Why are you so angry? Would you be happier in 1930, or perhaps you'd rather live in 1790. Do you really think all is lost, that as you say "Freedom based upon the equality of law is now publicly terminated."

Get out of your mental wheelchair! There never was black and white application of law. Its always been an argument for and against the charged crime at every level.. you can even appeal a traffic ticket and win on a good day.

Regarding the President getting off, perhaps you've missed something in your books. Impeachment is a political judgement. Extreme lattitude is granted the process. It would be possible in theory to impeach a President on the most minor crime if he were generally hated and considered a danger to the country... even a parking ticket could rise to the level of impeachment if a determined 68% wanted him gone.
