RDM: <<They will announce the K7 part formally to the press before they ship.>> Based on AMD's past practice, they do not seperate "announcement" from "shipping" Date. What will most likely happen is one announcement (called it "Release" Or "Shiping") to debut K7, with actual K7 already shiped to OEM partners. The one announcement deal is consistent with the past K6, K6-2 debuts.
