Both your responses were very helpful, although I must admit I had to read them both more than once and am still not sure I understand how it all "could" work. Given the hypothesis that there may be an entirely new industry in its formative stages, who are the possible players in each of the areas which would make this new configuration work? Who are the current leaders (or possible leaders) in the technology and how do the pieces fit together? Further comments as well as references on this subject would be appreciated.
