DownSouth, I heard snippets off and on during the day on CNBC. It sounded as if the analyst's comments said that it's due to increased competition, which (and this is completely my interpretation) implied that the direct-sales models that CPQ, HWP, etc. have put in place might be starting to steal some business. I could be completely off-base on this, though. It didn't help CPQ today, but HWP was up, apparently on an upgrade from another analyst. Dave B
