a side note. I was looking into the tax rules (IRS) and it appears (haven't confirmed with a cpa yet) that if the 4:1 occurs as a dividend, then it is considered to be a taxable event. The value of the shares you receive as a dividend is taxable as a dividend on your income taxes.
