A disgusting day but not without precedent. I recall one Friday before earnings that Dell dropped $9, so looked at 1998 May and Nov preceeding earnings. Weds to Friday drop was $8 in both cases, from 78 to 64 and from 98 to 90.
Todays drop exaggerated by you-know-who and a down market.
Negative comments on Dell are a crock. This action merely a #@^%$ pimple on the road to glory and riches.
