It's not a "problem". I don't know why you call it that. It's self-evident that if you lose your voice then you can't log in to a voiceprint security program. If you forget your password...if you lose the key to your house...Do I have to continue! And secondly, I already said that you make the disk only if you want to. This is a consumer product not a military one. People... Am I talking to myself?...throw me a bone here.
