This is more than manipulation. The principals use HOPR to
bail out CWRC, close shop due to lack of income, than jump
over to CWRC. Read the old annual report on HOPR, and the latest
for CWRC. All the same players. HOPR was alleged to own 60% of
CWRC, now CWRC has quadrupled their shares to fund salaries,
I mean operations. They keep signing agreements, but no construction.
Just a bunch of crooks, milking a good thing while they can.
When CWRC fails, no telling where they will end up.
