Nikita, These are the main daily papers in their market and therefore are very much mainstream publications. The city of Phoenix has well over 1 million people and Indianapolis isn't a small town. So if you mean that they are not NYC, L.A. or Chicago, I guess you are right. You might also look at the Freedom Newspaper group, of which I believe the Orange County (CA) Register is their flagship paper and it certainly meets your definition of large metro area and mainstream publication. Many Copley newspapers are also conservatively focused. Some of these have very large circulations and are also mainstream. JXM
