I think the repubs are making a big mistake by blocking censure. If the entire Senate (Ok 90-10) vote to rebuke Clinton, he will be powerless to advance a leftist agenda during the next 21 months. Also, Gore will not be able to use the "witchhunt" offensive in his campaign as effectively.
