James,

I am very interested in the points you mention concerning the Fed adding liquid and it's correlation with the rise in stock prices. Where exactly does this money come from, and who are the recipients, and how does it find its way to the equity market?

Is it incumbent on the Fed to add liquidity each day, as I notice they do from your links?

Thanks
