Hi Edwarda, Here is an interesting story about television..... My family had a television for as long I can remember...(hehehe...but I am a few years younger than you...) I have never been a television watcher..... when I was a toddler, my mom took me to the Pediatrician to have my sight and hearing checked.....as she told him "because she will not watch television like the other children." My mom was honestly concerned that that I surely had a vision or hearing problem because of my non-interest in television.... Through college......even though I lived in an off campus apartment...I had no desire to have a television..... When I got married .....I still had not desire for a television.....(I had other desires to be tended to!!!!) Still to this day......I personally could live without a television...( except it does a great job entertaining the children!!) ~~Neenny~~
