AWESOME GBFE finding!! -first off, yes Jon, Golden Books is like a monopoly in the childbook industry.. its almost sick !! :)) haha --- ok on to the research just found out through a little "research" that Barry Diller is on the Board of Directors for GBFE!! you all know he is the CEO of USANetworks (you know the cable co. who just bought out LCOS!) the reason this is so wonderful is that Diller totally made out like a bandit when he bought Lycos!! he is known as the shrewdest of businessmen!! i love this guy!! if he has anything to do with the deal, GoldenBooks will probably be the ones who get the better "deal" of the deal or deals that will take place!! :) I can see it now "Disney agrees to pay Golden Books 5 billion dollars for entire operation and continued royalties on golden books products!! when i saw that Diller was on the board, i now have NO second-guessing here.. GO GBFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! smrtone
