I got on the site, browsed around, found what I wanted and placed an order. It arrived two days later. The invoice indicated that I had been charged shipping so I emailed customer service. Got an immediate reply apologizing and stating that the cost had been credited to my card. All in all, it seems to be a well-run operation. Now if we can just get the stock price up a few hundred percent to my break-even!
