Hi DD. FWIW, the DWA RS p&f chart is pretty sluggish. Good moves in RS can take a long time to show up. Some who follow DIMD think it is attractively priced, with a possible move to 10 and above. I am not recommending it, but pointing out that in some cases there is not enough p&f data to aid the bottom-fishing process. Good luck.
