JUDGE SIGNS PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF LAW SUIT SETTLEMENT

On February 12, 1999, Judge Robert D. Monarch, signed a preliminary approval of the proposed settlement of the Class Action suit.

Notice of the proposed settlement is being mailed to WWWC shareholders.

Final approval of the suit will be sought on March 5, 1999.
