Words of advice (wisdom?). Think about these three positions rationally. I would suggest liquidating both Dell and TMCS. The analysts generally (although not always) know what is happening. At least they do when they go out on a limb like today. Not much upside IMO as you know at $90, which is well over $100 billion for an assembler that is losing (has lost?) its only competitive weapon, efficiency (aka low cost producer). The lycos/tmcs baffles me. Those novices (yes novices) at CMGI will live to regret the naive comments that they have made. Do the deal. Take the fluffed up stock for your fluffed stock. If you thought it was worth $130, why weren't you buying more three months ago at $50? Or are you just trying to avoid shareholder lawsuits? The deal will happen. Sell the TMCS. Cicso, although unreasonably valued, at least is a good company with a valuable product. Least downside is with Cicso. Now if I could only convince you to short something:)
