I believe that they have to hold a meeting so that they meet the SEC requirements. I think JNC wants to convert, but to do so will require that the authorized shares be increased to 75mil. This takes a vote from present share holders. I'm happy that MPEG is still surviving and hoping for the best.I can't find their latest SEC filing
