Sarmad-- I trade often -- but I don't think of myself as a day trader. I have real time quotes but spend little time looking for patterns in daily noise -- except if they signal a change in trend. My best bets are stocks that suddenly do unexpected things -- that way the premiums are not so high and the payout is worth the risk. I look for moves that are not anticipated in the options pricing model -- volatility that is not in the options price already. That is why AMZN is really a waste of time and effort for me -- a crash in AMZN would hardly come as a surprise and is already priced into the options -- I suppose it would surprise those who have convinced themselves that once a stock has gone up, then it cannot come down -- and even some smart people around here sometimes seem to think like that. There will be shock when we see 50 <G> next week <VBG>. Even you, my friend, short as you are do not see it coming. Well life beckons and I must go. See you next week.
