Hadnt tnought of the Diller connection, very interesting. No one asking why Disney interested in GBFE in the first place. Might have something to do with an ancient contract, perpetually renewable and transferable? Bet Walt himself signed it. Disney just spent big bucks to extend copyright on Mickey and Minnie. Goofy and others expiring soon so a repeat likely. DIS also purchased warrants for GBFE with strike of 11 3/8, dont know when they expire. Would seem DIS will go to the mat for some reason. Also GBFE year end due soon. Trailer loads were up in 4Q but dont know what went out. Ants and a couple others besides usual holiday stuff I would guess. My guess yr end may show not as much red ink as previously thought. Also St Martins deal in the wings. Might not help much except to clean up GBFE a little by reducing total debt by 20-30M and shed something DIS likely dosnt want anyway. Final thought, great day profits just cashed in from internet rebound, three day week end comming, limited down side, lots of rumors and some real deals possible, high potential return just to park a little $ till next wk.
