Answer: DELL is a box maker--no differentiators except price, ease of ordering, and service. CSCO has intellectual property. CSCO has 85% of its market and its boxes cannot be replaced by a competitor. Read "Inside the Tornado" and "The Gorilla Game" by Goefrey Moore. He will explain it in great detail.
