oh well you win some and lose some. Sure will be interesting to see what happens with shareholder value now,,ie,, stock options,, employee incentive plans,,corporate treasury holdings if any.. Will they go private somehow, or will someone pick up the pieces of broken bbtk stock??
Would be very helpful if someone could post regarding common shareholders and their rights if any after the bondholders and preferred crowd.
Sure would hate to see bbtk go for .38cnts like seer did last year,, both companies located in raleigh, durham, cary area. Falling like Dominos here,, The guys working with Lynex or Red hat operating system are here in this area also. Hope they have better luck. |
