H-60,

"Therefore there is no reason whatsoever for insiders to be buying shares."

How can you say that? Remuneration in the form of options are for set amount of shares. You tell me that no officers in that company have any desire to go above and beyond the amount of shares given in their compensation? What about the Board of Directors - they're privy to the company's future and I assume compensated in a more meager way in the form of options. They are usually well-heeled individuals who certainly can afford to purchase shares outright - especially "home runs" as KSE sees it.

Why would the Director who recently exercised & sold a measly $26K in stock do this if he knew it was going to take off in a couple of months? I know you'll say he needed the money, but I think I would borrow that money on a short term basis if I knew those shares were going to take off imminently. Hell, there are people on this thread who leverage themselves on IDTC and they're on the outside.
If there is money to be made - there's your reason.

I still see the lack of activity as being disturbing. As I said in a Yahoo! post awhile back - the insiders look damn good in not buying this stock outright in the last year. That in itself says something.
Obviously Wall Street also has some confidence problems with IDTC.
