Frank : Don't believe that HEC is anywhere close to bankruptcy. As has been said here many times before, HEC has a game plan which, if they follow and are moderately successful, we (shareholders) will all benefit. Islero, although not productive, was not the end all for this company. About 1-2 years ago, it was believed that this contract area [Cambulos] would be their biggest prize. At that time, many of us talked of JV's and the like. HEC attempted this on their own. Possibly bit off a bigger piece than they could presently chew. Now we'll have to share the spoils like we originally planned. Like you, I believe HEC will (not only) survive, but will prosper. It's just going to take a while longer than I had planned.
