Maurice: The relative strength of Iridium's stock during a week in which the market displayed considerable weakness is sending a message. It is of interest (given this relative strength) that there appear to be marked increases in doomsday discussions about Iridium on other internet "message boards" such as Yahoo. The stock market cares not what you and I think. It cares only about which investments treat money well. If Iridium is rising in a down market (which we are in, undeniably), it is sending a message that may well be worth attending to. I believe the discussion of handset size, and cost, will ultimately be rendered moot by the flow of money, which at the moment appears to be into Iridium. "Don't fight the tape" is a time-tested Wall Street axiom...
