Yogi, to be honest with you, I hope that the mgmt does NOT do "something" for the sake of saving their face or pacifying shareholders.

What I mean is that I hope that they make good business decisions - not one that will allow them to have a short term dead-cat bounce in their stock price.

The reality is that the Serruya brothers I am sure are not running their business with a constant effort to try to appease the thousands of retail (or even institutional) shareholders.

I saw this with my high-tech stocks for example with PsiNet. I bought at $5.50 US on the Nasdaq last year. Boy, you should have seen the bitter & negative messages that were being posted by the shareholders who had participated in IPO at $20. And the messages were much more worse than what I am reading on this thread.

Do you think the Psinet mgmt (specifically the founder Bill Schrader) buckled under pressure and reversed his direction, decision and generally try to goose up the stock? Absolutely not. He had a vision to build an independent Internet backbone carrier with a truely international network. One of the reason why Psinet was so undervalued was because of the negative cashflow and the fact that no one quite understood what Schrader was doing - including the so called analysts. Schrader kept on burning cash by buying out companies in europe & asia (over 20 internet companies in the last year!) and building his own fibre network.

So what happened? It took nearly year for the market & the analysts to understand what Psinet was creating -- the only independent & private data/VoIP network that spanned the top 80% of the market in the world with infrastructure to match!

Analysts finally started to put out good reports in the past few months & the stock has shot up to $40.

I made three hundred grand in one year on ONE stock because I believed in Schrader & his long-term strategy.

I am hoping for a similar return.

So please Michael Serruya --- don't worry about little noise from the short-term investors and daytraders and the shorters. Do what is right for YF to turn it into a unique international frozen dessert king and I am POSITIVE that all the angry shareholders today will love you in the end -- assuming they stick around, which unfortunately most won't.
