Eric, Well apparently you've yet to taste deflation. It's coming soon to a commodity near you. Just wait until property values begin to fall as people begin to default on their mortgages. That's probably 12 months off if one of my worst case scenarios proves valid. But I sense new home sales will begin to taper off this year. Inflaton in one sector doesn't equate to deflation in another sector. Ask your local agricultural and hog farmers how much inflation they is seeing. Then ask them if you could interest them in buying a new home. Regards, Ron
