If your considering oils take a look at diamonds. De Beers is up about 24% for the year - it is plowing through the volatility. It's a huge multinational corporation (as I am sure you know) with no debt to speak of and a kick ass dividend to boot. Great Valentines day present for your girlfriend, wife, daughter.
