We do think alike on this and I picked up a couple thousand shares yesterday in my retirement account using just such logic. I believe this is one of those stocks one just slowly accumulates, never chases and buys on dips. I have followed it for years now and not lost my enthusiasm for this approach. (p.s. did you ever get the annual reports on ADU and if so let me know what you think on that thread - I asked Sheridan to look into it as well and he is going to give me his opinion next time I talk to him I hope.)
